Turkish mezzo-soprano and member of the Opéra National de Paris Lyric Troupe, performing a repertoire that spans Mozart, Strauss, Verdi, French opera and contemporary works.

Seray Pınar was born in Türkiye; her musical life began with the oboe, at the Antalya State Conservatory. She graduated with highest honours from the opera department of Hacettepe University's Ankara State Conservatory, continued her studies at the Accademia d'Arte Lirica in Ancona, and worked with the mezzo-soprano Ferda Yetişer. Her first roles were sung at the Ankara State Opera and Ballet, as Lola in Cavalleria Rusticana.
In 2022 she joined the Opéra national de Paris Academy. The following years brought an exchange with the Metropolitan Opera's Lindemann Young Artist Development Program in New York, the Accademia of the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, and the Salzburg Festival Young Singers Project. Since 2024 she has been a member of the Opéra national de Paris Lyric Troupe, engaged through the 2026/27 season.
Recent seasons include Bersi in Andrea Chénier at the 2025 Salzburg Festival under Marco Armiliato, Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro under Antonello Manacorda at the Palais Garnier, and concerts with the Nürnberger Symphoniker. She works in Turkish, English, French, Italian and German.
